It takes place after the ending of book #4 but does not follow Luce and Daniel. It is about Cam, a fallen angel, a demon who once lost his own true love, Lilith, and now seeks for forgiveness and a new start.

Follow my blog with Bloglovin I literally just finished reading the City of Lost Souls!!! -Greek edition- This was amazing! You probably already know I am so obsessed with this series! I try so hard not to read all the books at once.... so hard!!!  In this series there is a great cast of characters, each one fully developed with his own struggles and in this book we have so many twists!  We learn a lot about Sebastian and why he is the way he is. I found myself hating him but then feeling sorry for him and then hating him again and vice versa! Why did you do this to me Cassie??  We also read more about Malec which I really enjoyed and I could totally understand both Alec and Magnus in the end of the book! And Sizzy... Simon is pretty much the same guy but we find out an aspect of Isabelle that's new even to herself.  Iron Sisters also make an appearance in this book for the first time (I think...) and I found them so intimidating!! I would definitely prefer hangi

The story-line is really interesting and things between the three main characters (Tessa-Will-Jem) are getting complicated in a love triangle.

The series is a  prequel  series to the  Mortal Instruments  series, and contains some of the character's ancestors as well as share some characters which are immortal and could make an appearance both in present New York City and in London in 1878,a  short time after the peace treaties between Downworlders and Shadowhunters.

I hope this didn't happen to you too but I just realized that July is over and because of many things I didn't get the chance to enjoy summer as I wanted!! Sure I had amazing times with my friends but I always get a little sad coming August...

In case you haven't read the first book of the trilogy, it is about a young girl from Earth named Skylar, who meets a young boy, Win, from another planet called Kemya and learns thatKemyates are using Earth and its people for experiments for a long time now and Earth is now in danger.
