Finally! A book by Cassandra Clare!!! I had missed her books sooo much! And I've been waiting for a whole year for Lord of Shadows! In case you don't know, Lord Of Shadows is the second book in ''The Dark Artifices'' a new book series in the shadowhunters' world following different characters five years after the end of ''The Mortal Instrument series''. If you are familiar with this world and have read the first book, '' Lady Midnight " you may read this review!

Finally a book review! It's been some time!  The Crown's fate is the second book in "The Crown's Game'' duology by Evelyn Skye! If you don't want to be spoiled for the first book, please read first ' The Crown's Game ' and I'll be waiting for you!! 😌

These last 6 months of 2017 I bought twelve books - some new releases some not! I am happy I haven't bought more because my TBR list is REALLY huge for the moment...😖 I have only read 4 of them... But my unread books is a (scary) story for another time... hahaha!! Let's begin! I have listed them by chronological order... 😋

The Glittering Court belongs to the Glittering Court trilogy. Each book is a stand-alone  historical fiction- fantasy novel. However in order to have a whole idea of the plot and its characters you have to read all three. The Glittering Court was published last year and the second book, Midnight Jewel comes out on May 1st (according to bookdepository as to this moment!) 

Hey guys!  Last month I read King's Cage, the third installment in the Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard! Make sure to read the first two books before reading this spoiler-free review!

This was the best book I read for the month of February! I really feel bad that this book was sitting on my shelf for almost a year before I decided to read it last month, in order to get ready for the sequel... THAT much I loved it! This is the first book of a duology, the second being published May 16th. I have heard some rumors about June...but I really want to believe it will come out in May!!!

Back in November 2015, I read November 9 by Colleen Hoover which made fall in love with her writing style as I really loved it! This year I finally got to read another one of her books! "It ends with us" was also voted as the best romance book for 2016 in Goodreads Awards. So, continue reading for a spoiler-free review!

As a huge fan of both book series by Sarah J. Maas, it was about time to check out her best friend's books as well! The Witchlands is her new fantasy book series with 2 out of 3 books already published! This month I read the first one : Truthwitch! Continue reading for a non-spoiler review.

Cruel Crown is a novella bind-up that contains two short stories, prequel to The Red Queen trilogy. Even if it is a prequel I hardly recommend to read the Red Queen first in order to get to know the characters and the world of these books. The third and last book of this trilogy - King's Cage - is coming out TOMORROW so hurry!!! 

Glass Sword is the second book to the Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard! Keep reading if you have already read Red Queen!

Wow! That was a long title...!!! 🙈 So... 2016 was a good reading year for me! I didn't manage to complete my goodreads reading challenge but I read some amazing books! 36 to be exact! Which was 16 more books than 2015! That's success for me!!! As I marathoned many books written by Cassandra Clare and Sarah J. Maas, don't be surprised if the majority of my top 10 consists of their books!!
